• Preorder items are made-to-order based on customer demand and cannot be canceled once the preorder window closes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly review the issue and work toward a resolution.
